I just realized that our accountant uses a hotmail address, which does not inspire confidence. But I'm fairly sure our last accountant hadn't heard of the Internet, so at least we upgraded.

Poor girl probably doesn't have a lot of friends. If she did, one of them whould surely have invited her to Gmail by now. Reach out Justin... show your humanity and invite her to Gmail...
Does your company give you Vistaprint business cards? Have an url that ends in blogspot.com? Then I would start worrying.
