The hold “music” for Travelocity is a never-ending mock conversation between a man and a woman about the company’s features and policies. The man is a little unsure about how things work and makes assumptions, but the woman perkily advises him on what to do. I want to kill them both.

haha - why would you even call them? they are not known for phone etiquette :)
I read this three times and laughed every time at the "I want to kill them both" line.
