status report

I encountered some problems migrating to Wordpress and had to retreat back to blogger (anyone have similar issues?). But the real reason I haven't had the time to follow through on the migration is that I've been busy building this. I'm going to tweak things here a bit and hold off on migrating until I can be guaranteed a smooth transition.
